IHR is a project of Galaxy IVF, formed to spread education and training in reproductive medicine, by conducting structured training sessions in IVF/ICSI, IVF Physician, Embryology and Andrology.
IHR is is having an international advisory board and Training Faculty from UK, USA and Pakistan.
Trainings shall be conducted once in each quarter, four times in a year of 15 days duration.

Before Hands on Ovum Pick Up, candidates must full fill attachement to IVF Physician requirement, consisting of complete command over TVS, and assisstance in 25 OPUs to experianced IVF Physician, and clearing assessment exam by the trained IVF Physcian, followed by recommendation by one experianced IVF Physician.
SEAT LIMITS & ADMISSION:
Strictly 5 candidates in each quarter.
Minimum Qualification - MBBS with significant experiance in first line infertility treatment or Gynecology

After completion of training, each candidate shall be given CME Record Register, having indexed forms of IVF patients assisstance under the supervision of experianced IVF Physician. As outlined in training, candidates shall implement all steps in their clinical facility in relation of infertile couples reporting to them in their clinics, perform counselling, patient selection, IVF Patient Workup - in coordination with experianced IVF Physican, Patient Recruitment - in coordination with experianced IVF Physician, performing steps of lab assessments and reporting, ovarian stimulation protocols under the supervision of experianced IVF Physcian, Monitoring - in coordination with experianced IVF Physcian, AT THE STAGE OF OPU AND ET THE CANDIDATES SHALL TAKE THE PATIENT TO EXPERIANCED IVF PHYSICIAN FACILITY AND SHALL ONLY ASSISST AND OBSERVE UPTIL 25 CASES, THEREAFTER UPON SATISFACTION OF THE EXPERIANCED IVF PHYSICIAN, FOLLICLES OF BELOW 12 MM SIZE SHALL BE PICKED STRICTLY UNDER THE SUPERVISION AND PRESENCE OF EXPERIANCED IVF PHYSICAN, AFTER PICK UP OF LEAD FOLLICLES BY EXPERIANCED IVF PHYSICIAN. INFORMED PATIENT CONSENT SHALL BE MADE AND ACCORDINGLY COST BENEFIT TO BE PASSED ON TO VOLUNTEERS.
AFTER TOTAL 50 PROCEDURES, AS PER ABOVE PROCEDURE (25 + 25), UPON SATISFACTION OF EXPERIANCED IVF PHYSICIAN, YOU CAN SPEND REST OF YOUR LIFE IN SERVING IVF PATIENTS AT YOUR OWN IVF SETUP, PROVIDED CME REQUIREMENT ARE MET ON ANNUAL BASIS.
ATTENTION: UPTO ABOVEMENTIONED 50 PROCEDURES CANDIDATES, SHALL ONLY USE MINIMAL STIMULATION OR MILD STIMULATION PROTOCOLS, TO AVOID RISK OF HYPERSTIMULATION.
IT WILL BE PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND OBLIGATION OF CANDIDATE TO KEEP IN PLACE AND IN PROPER CONDITION ALL EMERGENCY MEDICINES WHICH MAY BE NEEDED IN CASE OF CONTROLLING HYPERSTIMULATION, AND MUST ALSO HAVE ARRANGEMENT OF EMERGENCY HOSPITALISATION OF THE PATIENT IN ANY ATTACHED HOSPITAL HAVING NURSING STAFF EXPERIANCED IN GYNE/OBS. BASIC INFORMATION OF HYPERSTIMULATION AND THE SYMPTOMS SHOULD BE PASSED ON TO THE NURSING STAFF AND SURGEON. SURGEON SHOULD BE INFORMED ABOUT SYMPTOMS OF HYPERSTIMULATION TO AVOID ANY ACCIDENTAL SURGERY IN CASE OF HYPERSTIMULATION.
